Lovely quiet village conveniently located for Leamington Spa & Stratford upon Avon , we have a Wildlife Nature Reserve at our doorstep. Driveway for off-road parking, happy to provide to information of local destinations. Breakfast can be provided at extra cost (full English £7.50) , guests may use of kitchen for basics such as tea/coffee/toast/cereals/microwave reheat etc The space A large detached house in countryside located 5 miles from Leamington Spa Guest access Guests may use the garden and outdoor sitting/dining area. Washing machine and dryer available. Hot tub (need at least 2 days notice to heat it up) available for small additional charge to cover heating costs. During your stay Please let me know of any issues or any if I may have overlooked anything - I am here to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Other things to note I don't mind pets, but they are not allowed in the bedroom.
