This second-floor condo sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa. Perfect for families, golfers, couples, and snowbirds seeking a relaxing coastal getaway. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condominium, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, laundry area, and private outdoor spaces associated with the unit. Guests may also enjoy community amenities available to True Blue Resort visitors, including seasonal pool access (subject to HOA policies and seasonal availability). Certain owner closets, maintenance areas, and locked storage spaces are not accessible to guests. Other things to note Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Self-check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Age Requirement Guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will remain on-site for the duration of the stay. Pet Policy One dog up to 20 lbs is welcome. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies. Please notify Peace Vacations in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Parking Parking is available for registered guests in designated community parking areas. Commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, RVs, and motorcycles may be subject to HOA restrictions. Community Amenities Seasonal community pool access may be available. Pool schedules, closures, and availability are controlled by the HOA and are not guaranteed. Peace Vacations does not manage or control community amenities. Golf & Club Access The condo overlooks the True Blue Golf Course. Golf tee times, rates, and clubhouse access are managed separately by the golf club and may require advance reservations. Beach Access Pawleys Island beaches are only a short drive away. Public beach access points and parking are available throughout Pawleys Island. House Rules No smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco products inside the property or on the premises. Quiet hours and community rules must be respected at all times. Starter Supplies A starter supply of toiletries, paper products, dish detergent, and other essentials is provided. Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies for extended stays.
