Comfortable quiet room near city centre

Cozy room with everything you need near you. Enjoy a good night of sleep in a quiet neighborhood and comfy bed that is also walking distance to the city centre. Situated in a residential green area, on your way to the city centre you will see the city farm with a variety of cute animals (4mins) and the Victoria park, with the colourful and picturesque promenade. Walking distances: 2 mins from Lidl supermarket 20 mins to Victoria Centre 18 mins from Hockley 26 mins to the Train Station The space The property is a 2 bedroom house and I live in the other room. You will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with me. You are welcome to help yourself to some tea and instant coffee. Guest access Parking free on the street During your stay I have lots of suggestions for restaurants, bars and things to do in Nottingham. I'm friendly but I'll also give you privacy. I can also speak Portuguese and a bit of French if that helps :)
