The space This property is an A Frame home with an open floor plan. The bedrooms do not have walls. The second bedroom is accessed by a ladder. The ladder should be used safely. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. The two sheds on the property are for owner use only. Other things to note PLEASE READ: This home is unique due to its A Frame shape. This house is not designed for large parties of more than 6 people. The right party size is actually 4 or less. Laundry Notice: Our washing machine recently had issues, and we’ve implemented a temporary fix. Please limit usage to one load every 4-5 days to avoid straining the plumbing system. Thank you for your understanding! Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. Parking Details: - No garage. - No street parking. - Private driveway accommodates 2 standard vehicles. DISCLAIMERS: - No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine. - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced.
