Use the lockbox to get the key and then head up the stairs to your loft-style apartment. This great space offers a TV with streaming, a full bathroom with stand-up shower, a table for working or dining, as well as a queen bed. The food prep area includes a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. (No Kitchen. Dogs are present on property.) The space The space is open with a queen bed, sofa, coffee table, TV, and small dining table! There is no kitchen. Guest access Accessibility : You have to walk upstairs to get to the apartment above the garage. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT!! There are 2 dogs on the premises that have free range of the fenced backyard. We strictly do not allow pets due to this. This listing is in hot and humid Georgia so you may see bugs. We provide pest control. The parking is on the street. We can accommodate a large vehicle such as a U-haul or a small trailer, since street parking allows that. We cannot accommodate a semi truck or a large trailer. Congratulations - you found the secret phrase! We strictly do not allow other pets or children under the age of 12.
