Both rooms feature king-size beds, the space is bright with large windows, and the living area and balconies create a relaxed atmosphere. A baby crib can be provided, and airport transfers can be arranged upon request. The space The home has a spacious layout with two private sleeping areas, each arranged with a large bed, mirrors, and clean bedding. There’s a small workspace, plus a bright lounge with a comfy sofa and a modern feel. The kitchen includes everyday cooking essentials and a dining table. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toiletries, and a hairdryer. Heads-up: it’s on the third floor with no elevator. The place is about 120 m² in a classic older building, so the entrance and shared areas may look worn, which is typical for this central part of Tbilisi. Other things to note • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A FINE WILL APPLY if this rule is violated. • Before checking out, please dispose of all trash to help us maintain a clean and pleasant space. • We provide a starter set of toiletries.
