The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed suitable for a child, a kitchen, a hallway with a wardrobe, a bathroom, and a double bedroom overlooking the internal patio. The floors are all parquet except for the bathroom; the ceilings have exposed beams and the furniture is completely modern. The highlight is the 1970s upholstery in a part of the living area and the oriental-style upholstery in the bedroom. The living area that overlooks the quiet Strada Nuova, being exposed to the east, is very illuminated by three windows with French windows, while the sleeping area overlooking the internal patio is decidedly quiet. The building located in Strada della Repubblica (ancient Via Emilia) or the main street of the historic center that crosses the city from west to east is surrounded by all services and is easily accessible both by car (Barilla Center parking at 100 m.) and by bus (stop in front of the building). Being located in the historic center, it is a few minutes' walk from the Duomo and the Baptistery, the main Piazza Garibaldi, the Regio theater, the Farnese theater and all the main attractions of the city. Guest access Accessible by car (ask me for the correct route). Paid blue lines under the house and free in the evening. Bus stop under the house from which several lines pass, including the one to the station. No steps to climb from the entrance of the building to the apartment.
