Ocean Front Cottage at Holden Beach

Escape to our oceanfront beach cottage, a slice of heaven by the sea. It's a place where memories have been made for generations. Built by our grandfather and father, this home has been the heart of our family since the mid 1960s & is still lovingly owned by siblings. With breathtaking ocean views from the peaceful screened porch, you can sip your morning coffee while listening to the waves or unwind after a perfect beach day and create your own unforgettable memories. The space Conveniently located just 0.25 miles from the Holden Beach Pier, our four bedroom, two bath home provides easy access to fishing, dining, and beachside fun. Underneath the house, you’ll find a laundry area with a washer, dryer, and an extra refrigerator/freezer—perfect for storing all your beach snacks and fresh seafood. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed. 3 of the bedrooms have an additional twin bed. There is a children's picnic table under the screened porch. Childs beach toys and beach chairs are available for your use. Guest access Guests have full access to the home, including all living spaces, the screened porch, and the laundry area underneath the house. The only exceptions are a small cabinet in the kitchen and a private owners' room beneath the home. Other than that, make yourself at home and enjoy everything our beach cottage has to offer! In the guest closet under the house you will find a grill, some beach chairs and toys for your use.
