Welcome to "Casa do Pontual," located on the edge of the Portogalo condominium canal, just 20 minutes by speedboat from the wonderful Ilha Grande. Our property offers: Six bedrooms, including three en-suites with air-conditioning. Swimming pool, sauna, barbecue and pizza oven. Boat parking on the property's deck at no additional cost. Option to hire a cook/housekeeper. The condominium's private beach is just a 5-minute walk away. The space The property has two houses: the main one and a smaller one for guests, both with three bedrooms and air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. Main House: - Main en-suite with queen-size bed. - Second en-suite with a double bed and a single bed. - Third bedroom with a double bed. This room is not a suite, but it has a dedicated bathroom next door. Guest House: - En-suite with queen-size bed. - Bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed (three beds in total). - Small room with a single bed. One bathroom serves the last two bedrooms. Guest access Deck with swimming pool, wet sauna, barbecue, pizza oven. Possibility to rent a speedboat on your own and stop at the deck in front of the house on the canal.
