Failure to comply may result in a $200 USD fine per day. ⚠️ Please note: There are currently renovation works underway in the building's pool area. Because of this, you will likely experience some construction noise during the day (typically during working hours, Monday through Friday). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to your stay and truly appreciate your patience and understanding as they work to improve the facilities. We are at your service 24/7. -To access the building's services, please reach out to the Main Administration Office located at the front desk during business hours. These hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you arrive to check in outside of these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to check in and use the amenities. WARNING: The use of cell phones or any electrical devices is strictly prohibited in the wet areas of the building. Failure to comply may result in a daily fine of $200 USD. -Early check-in is subject to availability. -The apartment is not equipped with a heating system. For your arrival, you will be provided with towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap. Since the apartment is privately owned, replenishing these items is not provided. Please be kindly advised that washcloths are not provided as well. - This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Violation of this rule will lead to a $300 fine. -Please be aware of the below are ICON rules and regulations that must be followed as they may result in a fine of up to $100.00, which must be paid by the guest. TRASH Trash rooms are located next to units ending in 01—example 2501. Garbage bags should be tossed into the trash chute and no bags should be left on the floor. Boxes and bottles must be taken to the Ground Level. NOISE No noise should be heard in hallways and common areas between 10 PM and 8 AM. DRES'S CODE Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in all common areas. No bare feet in common areas. BALCONY Under no circumstance should any item be thrown off the balcony. No items should be hung on the balcony railing. Fireworks are not allowed. To ensure a secure and seamless check-in experience, all guests must be registered by providing a valid photo ID on the day of arrival. Even if you've verified your ID through the platform, a separate copy is still required, as building access is strictly limited to registered guests. 🚭 House Rules No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. A $300 fee will apply if any evidence of smoking is found. No Parties: Parties or unauthorized gatherings are not permitted and may result in additional penalties. Noise Policy: Please keep noise to a minimum. The unit is located in a residential building, and respect for neighbors is essential. 🛟 Safety Notice Wet Areas: The use of cell phones or electrical devices in wet areas (pool, spa, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance may result in a $200 daily fine imposed by the building. 🧺 Laundry & Towels - Towels should not be used to remove makeup. - Washcloths are not provided. - All household items must remain inside the unit. - Any soiled, stained, or damaged towels or linens will incur a replacement fee. 🔑 Lost Items A replacement fee will apply for any lost apartment keys or missing linens. 🌡️ Energy Use Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment. This helps maintain a comfortable environment and conserves energy. 🛍️ Deliveries Package deliveries (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) are not allowed to the property.
