Additional guests can use the comfortable queen pullout sofa bed. Linens and pillows can be found in the pantry cabinet in the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area has everything you need to prepare meals after a day of adventure. The kitchen also has a Keurig, toaster and microwave. Spices, olive oil, coffee/tea, cream/sugar are provided. The bedroom offers a comfortable sleep number queen bed with fresh linens for a peaceful night’s sleep. Bedside lamps provide just enough light for bedtime reading. Recharge in the renovated tile bathroom with walk in shower and rainfall shower head. Porcelain tile flooring throughout with radiant heat. Take in the stunning mountain views from lazy Adirondack chairs on the private patio. The condo has a secure storage for skis, snowboards, golf clubs and gear located on the main building entrance. The unit is located on the ground floor and is 3 flights of 6 stairs down from the main building entrance. Other things to note Disclaimer of Liability As the Host, We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all Guests. However, by booking and staying at this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Assumption of Risk - Guests assume all risks associated with their stay, including but not limited to injuries, illnesses, damages, theft, or losses. The Host shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. 2. Personal Responsibility - Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being and must exercise caution while using the property, including stairs, balconies, pools, or any other facilities or amenities provided. Guests are liable for any damage to the property, including but not limited to damage caused by the sprinkler system, resulting from their actions or negligence. Should the sprinkler system be activated due to any actions by the guest, whether intentional or accidental, the guest will be responsible for all associated costs, including, but not limited to, repair or replacement of any damaged property, water damage remediation, and any potential service fees incurred by the activation of the sprinkler system. The host reserves the right to claim such costs from the guest and to take any necessary legal actions to recover said costs. 3. Third-Party Liability - The Host is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by third parties, including service providers, maintenance personnel, or other guests. 4. Compliance with Rules - Guests must follow all house rules and local laws. Any damages to the property caused by a Guest’s negligence, misuse, or violation of rules will be the Guest’s responsibility and may result in additional charges. 5. Force Majeure - The Host shall not be liable for any delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond the Host’s control.
