The space With its modern amenities and recent updates, this 2,000+ square foot home, constructed in 2017, ensures a comfortable stay. Ideal for families and friends seeking a tranquil retreat near the beach, please note that this property is not suitable for events, parties, or guests under 25 years of age. Indulge in relaxation in every corner of this home, as each room is equipped with its own television, complementing the entertainment provided in the spacious living room. On the first floor, the well-appointed Bedroom# 1 awaits to the left of the entryway, featuring a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Down the hallway, the fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, and inviting living room are perfect for relaxation and socializing. Venture upstairs to discover three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom #2 provides a cozy queen bed and a convenient walk-in closet. Bedroom #3, has two queen beds accommodate guests comfortably, accompanied by another walk-in closet for added convenience. Bedroom #4 provides a cozy queen bed, Tv, closet. Please be mindful of the neighbors! Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am There is off-street parking throughout the neighborhood. This is on a first serve basis and no designated spaces. There is also an overflow parking lot right across 48th Avenue. STREET PARKING NOT ALLOWED.
