Spacious living in the countryside former farm

Not far from the Romantic Road, you will stay with us very quietly on a former farm on the outskirts of the village. The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor with access to a large terrace and garden. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a workplace, a living area with a cozy couch (sleeping function), a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the adjacent large orchard there is a party hut with a campfire ring. The space The 90 m² apartment is on the ground floor with a separate entrance. The apartment has been completely renovated in recent years to be high-quality and barrier-free. There are two bedrooms. In the first there is a large, cozy double bed. There is room for clothes in the wardrobe and dresser. A small table with 2 chairs completes the furnishings. The floor-to-ceiling window leads directly to the terrace. In the 2nd bedroom there are either 1 or 2 single beds, a small work table and a bookshelf with reading material. Through the French door you go outside to a ramp. In the adjoining bathroom there is a large illuminated mirror and a walk-in shower with a rain shower. Sufficient towels are provided, as well as a basic set of hygiene items. The cozy couch in the living room could be an additional sleeping area if necessary. There is also a TV and of course access to the terrace. The solid wood table in the dining area offers enough space for an extensive meal with the whole family. In the fully equipped kitchen (with counter induction stove, dishwasher and side-by-side refrigerator) there is enough dishes for a delicious breakfast or a lavish dinner. Children are welcome with us. On the 1st floor there is another small Airbnb apartment. Guest access The bright apartment has a separate entrance. There is barrier-free access via a ramp through a side entrance door. We try to welcome our guests personally and show you everything. If this is not possible, we will leave the key in a key box. Our guests are of course also welcome in our large farm garden with old fruit trees. In our small party hut with campfire you are welcome to celebrate a bit by arrangement and in suitable weather. Other things to note The nearest restaurant / inn is 1.6 km away. This can also be reached on foot. Shopping, bakery, bank, doctor, pharmacy are in the neighboring village, 4 km. There you will also find a former Benedictine monastery with beer garden and other restaurants. There are no shops on site. It is best to buy what you need beforehand. Water can be drunk directly from the tap.
