Pine Street Woods Retreat

Modern, stylish, studio apartment nestled on 5 acres close to hiking, biking, swimming and skiing. Bike or hike directly from the apartment to the Pine Street Woods Trailhead System (trail access 1/4 mile away, XC skiing in winter too!). It's an easy 3 miles to downtown Sandpoint, ID and our famous Sandpoint City Beach and 12.9 miles to Schweitzer Mountain Resort. This quiet retreat is the perfect place to escape to after making memories in our beautiful lakeside town. The space The open plan newly remodeled studio apartment with a large walk in closet has one queen size bed and one sleeper sofa that is queen width/full length. The apartment has its own entrance through double french doors that you can open up to the private patio. The apartment is located below the owner's home. The property is 3 miles from downtown Sandpoint and is on 5 wild and beautiful acres. We often see deer, turkey and sometimes even moose. The owner has an 11.5 year old doberman/lab mix who spends his time off-leash so it's important to be comfortable with an off leash dog to stay here please. *** This is a new listing so I don't have any reviews yet. Guest access The entire apartment, it's patio, and the yard below are yours to use. Parking is in the lower driveway in the spring/summer/fall when there is no snow. You can walk directly to the apartment that is accessed through two french doors that have a code. Parking is in the upper driveway in the winter and access to the apartment is down the flagstone steps and a small set of stairs. Other things to note Please note that the owner's dog will be off leash when she is home. It is normal and expected for a dog to bark when people first arrive on their land. This dog is friendly but just doing it's job of letting it's owner know that someone is here.
