Our mansion, which is ideal for large families and groups of friends, offers accommodation for up to 12 people. Thanks to its stone courtyard, lush garden, and peaceful atmosphere, you can have a quiet and enjoyable stay even though you are in the city center. The space The mansion, which is located in a large garden with a total area of 500 square meters for the exclusive use of guests, was renovated in 2018. The mansion, which is registered by the Ministry of Tourism, is 130 years old. Apart from the living room, kitchen and pantry, it has 8 rooms, 5 of which are bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. The ceilings and floors of the building are wooden, and the floors of the entrance hall, pantry and kitchen are stone. The upstairs rooms are spacious with high ceilings and an average size of 20 square meters. The kitchen, living room and master bedroom bedroom are on the lower floor. A wooden staircase leads from the lower floor to the upper floor. All of the bedrooms have 12,000 BTU air conditioners. For cooking, there is an oven, stove and cooking equipment, a dishwasher and a refrigerator in the kitchen. There is a washing machine, clothes drying rack and iron on the upper floor. There is a barbecue grill and other necessary equipment for grilling in the garden. Our mansion is in a central location where you can easily access many tourist attractions such as Trabzon Square, Hagia Sophia, Boztepe, Atatürk Mansion and Uzungöl. Guest access It is close to the newly built Moloz Mosque, which is 70 meters away from the Orta Hisar Municipality, across from the Trabzon fire department. The guest enters the house using the key that is given to them. The area in front of the door is available for parking in the evening. The vehicle can stay there all day, but since it is a busy road, you may not find a vacant space if you leave during the day. It is ideal for families and large groups.
