Apartment highlights: 5 bedrooms: Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90x200cm) that can be flexibly put together or separated. Each room includes bedside tables, lamps, a wardrobe, or a dresser. Some rooms also offer a desk or armchair – ideal for working or relaxing. 2 modern shower rooms: newly renovated bathrooms ensure comfort. One bathroom is handicap accessible. Living and dining area: An open plan dining area can accommodate shared meals, while the adjoining living area is perfect for relaxing. Fully equipped corner kitchen: The kitchen has a stove with oven, dishwasher and modern fridge – all you need to prepare delicious meals. Free WiFi: Stay connected to our free WiFi at all times. Washer and dryer: Practical laundry care is possible in the building at the apartment by arrangement. Our apartment offers you everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Whether for a short break or a longer stay, here you will find the perfect place to feel home. Guest access The apartment is located in a dark red building with several units. The entrance is directly from the main road. You enter the building through an automatic door. Once you enter the building, the apartment entrance door is right on your right hand. The apartment is exclusively used by our guests. No one will enter the apartment unless an intermediate cleaning or special service has been expressly requested from you. Washing and drying is possible in the building on request. Here you will be supported by an employee. Other things to note Please be aware that there may be some operation in the building in the morning as there are also offices there. Although the apartment is located on a main road, it is usually very quiet. A swimming lake is about 10 minutes walking distance, ideal for a relaxing break. Shopping facilities are located in a large shopping center just 3 minutes walking distance away. The nearest bus station is right next to the building. The train station is about 15 minutes. A bus takes you to the train station in 3-5 minutes. If you have any special requests, such as a baby cot, please let us know one day before your arrival so that we can prepare everything appropriately. Washing is possible on request during the stay. We are happy to help you book a shuttle to or from the airport. On request it is payed parking for long-term parking.
