Apartment highlights: 5 bedrooms: Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be flexibly arranged together or separately. Each room has bedside tables, lamps, a wardrobe or a chest of drawers. Some rooms also offer a desk or armchair – ideal for working or relaxing. 2 modern shower bathrooms: Newly renovated bathrooms provide comfort. One bathroom is designed for disabled people. Living and dining area: An open dining area offers space for shared meals, while the adjacent living area is perfect for relaxing. Fully equipped corner kitchen: The kitchen has a stove with oven, a dishwasher and a modern fridge – everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Guest access The apartment is located in a dark red building with several units. Access is directly from the main road. You enter the building through an automatic door. Once you enter the building, the apartment entrance door is directly on your right. The apartment is exclusively for our guests. No one will enter the apartment unless an intermediate cleaning or special service has been specifically requested by you. Washing and drying is possible in the building on request. Here you will be assisted by a member of staff. Other things to note Please note that there may be some activity in the building in the morning, as there are also offices there. Although the apartment is located on a main road, it is usually very quiet. A lake is about 10 minutes' walking distance, ideal for a relaxing break. Shopping is located in a large shopping mall, which is only a 3-minute walk away. The nearest bus stop is right next to the building. The train station is about 15 minutes away. A bus takes you to the train station in 3-5 minutes. If you have any special requests, such as a crib, please let us know one day before your arrival so that we can prepare everything accordingly. Washing is possible on request during the stay. We are happy to help you book a shuttle to or from the airport. On request, there is paid parking for long-term parking. House rules (please note): No smoking inside the entire property. Parties, events, bachelor parties and weddings are not allowed.
