The space Our spacious basement apartment features 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, making it ideal for families, friends, or work trips. Each bedroom includes cozy beds, fresh linens, and plenty of closet space for your belongings. The open living area is perfect for relaxing, with a comfortable sofa, TV, and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals during your stay. You’ll also find a private entrance for easy access, free Wi-Fi, and on-site parking. We strive to make your stay easy and enjoyable—whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire basement apartment during their stay. This includes the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. You’ll be able to come and go as you please through your own private entrance. Other things to note Quiet and Comfortable Stay Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours. It’s a peaceful space perfect for relaxing after a busy day. No Smoking Inside Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you do smoke, please do so outside and away from doors or windows so the smell doesn’t come into the house. We appreciate your understanding. Stairs to Basement Please note that the apartment is located in the basement, and you’ll need to go down a flight of stairs to access it. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
