Living spaces Nearly 5,000 square feet stretch across three levels, offering room to come together and space to step away when you want downtime. Two living rooms create flexible gathering areas, while a dedicated movie room with a reclining sofa invites relaxed nights in. A separate game room with an arcade and large Smart TV adds another place to unwind, with WiFi throughout supporting easy entertainment and connection. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is set up for group stays, with ample counter space and the essentials for shared meals at home. Whether you’re preparing a casual breakfast before the beach or sitting down together after sunset, the adjacent dining area keeps everyone connected. Sleeping arrangements The home sleeps up to 23 guests across eight bedrooms. Six king bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for adults traveling together. On the third floor, two additional king bedrooms share a full bathroom. A bunk room adds flexible sleeping space with a queen over queen bunk and a twin over queen bunk, well-suited for kids or teens. Outdoor living The fenced backyard centers around a private saltwater pool and waterfall hot tub. Pool heat is available seasonally from October through May for an additional fee. Lounge seating, outdoor dining, and a grill make it easy to transition from beach afternoons to laid-back evenings at home. Covered balconies on the upper floors offer extra spots to step outside and enjoy the coastal air. Location & getting around Set in the Crystal Beach neighborhood, the home is a short walk to public beach access along the Emerald Coast. A street-legal six-seat golf cart is included, making it easy to explore the area, cruise Scenic Gulf Drive, or head to Destin Commons for shopping and dining without moving your car. Comfort & convenience Air conditioning, ceiling fans, bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, washer and dryer, and self check-in with a smart lock are all provided. Free parking is available on the property, beach essentials are included, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Perfect for Large families, multiple families traveling together, and group getaways looking for space, beach proximity, and a relaxed Destin home base. Guest access We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. 850 Vacations by Portoro uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure. Other things to note Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines. - All guests staying at an 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro (Portoro Homes) are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration. - Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. - All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro. - Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately. - Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival. - Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. - We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - Parking: Information about parking will be noted in the check-in instructions received by the Guest prior to arrival. - Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only. - HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: In the State of Florida and in Walton, Okaloosa, and Bay Counties, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction. - This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host. - This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host. - Included Golf Cart Guidelines and Use A golf cart is available at the property for guest use by our 3rd party rental partner, Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC. You agree to complete a waiver document regarding the use and liability of the golf cart which will be completed with Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC provided by QR code listed at the property and in your check-in details, prior to the release of the cart access activation code. - Pool Heat Guidelines and Fee Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk. - If the Property includes an on-site pool that offers optional heating, you may request that the pool be heated for the duration of your reservation dates at an additional nightly fee of $75.00. - Please note: Pool heat is seasonal and only available for request October - May. - Events/Weddings and Parties -- Guidelines and Fee 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro properties may not be used for any unauthorized and unregistered events, weddings, and/or parties. A gathering may be defined as a party herein if (a) the number of guests on the property exceeds the maximum allowed guest count, (b) the noise level rises beyond what is reasonably dependent on the neighborhood and time of day, if specific Property noise information is not provided then quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, (c) there is a violation of local regulations or HOA bylaws, or (d) the actions of Guests are disruptive to neighbors. You must request a pre-approval event agreement from 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro upon booking should you wish to host a large gathering, wedding or event on the property. An event fee of $500.00 - $1,500.00 at the discretion of 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro. You are responsible for any and all required permits, licenses, insurances, and other event requirements from HOAS or local governments should an event be approved by 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro. Non-compliance of these rules and regulations may result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Weather/Travel: Guest booking in seasons when weather conditions may affect their decision to travel understand they are choosing to do so in full knowledge of the season and agree that last minute requests to cancel or attempts to change stay/reservation dates in these seasons are not honored and no refund or reimbursement applies. 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro encourages guests to consider available 3rd party travel insurance options for their stays if this is a concern. *Service Animals: 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to protect the rights of guests with disabilities to bring service animals (excludes emotional support animals) under the terms of The Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you need a service animal to ease the symptoms of a disability (as defined under the above Acts), and have the Animal/Pet Fee waived, submit a request in writing to 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro and include whether or not the service animal is required because of a disability as well as what work or task the service animal has been trained to perform. Any unauthorized animals/pets at the property will result in a $150.00 per day / per animal/pet fee, and may result in your reservation being canceled, and you may be required to vacate from the Property.
