The space - Stylishly furnished accommodation - Comfortable beds and plush linens all on one level - Outdoor entertaining area with grill, hot tub, fire pit & seating - Bicycles for guest use (with helmets and tire pump) - EV charger - Fully fenced, dog friendly yard - Outdoor games - 3 bedrooms (one king, one queen and one queen plus twin) - Spacious living area with mid-century furnishings - Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and cookware - High-speed internet and Smart TV with streaming services - On-site laundry facilities - Complimentary driveway parking on the premises - Pet-friendly accommodations including beds and bowls - Easy access to beaches, wineries, South Haven and Saugatuck Guest access Guests will have access to the full house during their stay. Other things to note Guests may use hot tub, bikes (with helmets) and other amenities entirely at their own risk. Owners / management cannot be held responsible for misuse or misadventure. For safety, firewood and propane gas are not stored at the property. If guests wish to use the outdoor fire pit or grill, they must provide their own propane and fire wood (available locally). The EV charger is 'Tesla' brand. It is compatible with non-Tesla cars although you must bring an adaptor for your particular vehicle. If you're visiting during the off-season (after Labor Day and before Memorial Day), please note that the patio may be winterized. While the hot tub remains open and fully accessible year-round, the outdoor furniture is typically covered or stored in the garage to protect it from the elements. Guests are welcome to use any items they would like; they will need to be taken out of the garage.
