Studio on Rua da Consolação, near Av. Paulista, Rua Augusta, Mackenzie, Bairro de Higienópolis. London Building. Swimming pool, gym, dry and wet saunas, parking included, in the heart of SP, 400 m from the subway station, 4 min walking, Higienopolis- Mackenzie ( Line 4 Yellow). The building was designed by architect Jonas Birger who won a Saint Gobain award. It has an infinity pool and 50 meter ray that is on the 15th floor . The space The studio holds 2 people, 250 mega wifi, net, YouTube, mini kitchen equipped for small meals, hot and cold air conditioning, work area, 24-hour concierge, laundry with washer and dryer ( paid separately, I release the amount of chips) . Linens and towels are provided to the guest. Guest access Guests do a face biometrics at the entrance and will have access to the pool, saunas, gym, laundry.
