The apartment is arranged as follows: - Upon entering the apartment, you will find on your left a spacious and fully equipped separate kitchen (fridge, freezer, wine cellar, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board, drying rack) - Then on your right you will discover the large living room with two spaces, a first dining area with table & chairs, then a second living room area raised by a step with a large sofa, armchair, Tv, free wifi connection, the small window at this living room level offers you a panoramic view of the Parc de la Coulée Verte & Place Masséna with the Fontaine du Soleil - The first bedroom has a Queen Size bed (160x200), an open wardrobe, a luggage rack & a Smart Tv including streaming applications. This room has a double-glazed window with blurred glass and opaque curtains because if you open it it opens onto a corridor in the common areas. - The second bedroom, more spacious and bright, has a King Size bed (180x200), an open dressing room, a luggage rack, a Smart Tv including streaming applications. From the apartment you can easily reach the Old Town on foot in 3 minutes (200m), or the emblematic Promenade des Anglais in 5 minutes (300m).
