The large 60 tatami-mat room and the small room with a mini kitchen are perfect for group trips, anniversaries, and work stays. While it is a space that looks like a museum, you can relax on the natural wood flooring, work, cook, and spend your time freely. The facility is located at the foot of the highland mountain where Akiko Yosano sang, and is an atelier surrounded by scenic nature. It is an area with plenty of activities such as firefly viewing and playing in the river in summer, and skiing, hot springs and strawberry picking in winter. Why not try a special experience in a place a little different from everyday life? * Please book for 2 or more people. * Children in elementary school and above are charged the adult rate. * We also provide various workshops, so please contact us. * Because it is a mini kitchen, you can only cook simple meals. The hall is also used as an atelier and gallery, so please refrain from cooking dishes with strong smells. ※ Please contact us separately if you need to use dishes and cooking utensils for more than 3 people The space This atelier is located in a complex called WASHINKAN, which is about 1,500 tsubo, and there is a renovated old private house and a book cafe made of Otani stone in a separate building. The old private house can accommodate up to 15 people, and the atelier can accommodate up to 15 people, so you can use it as a group travel destination with 2 private buildings (the old private house can also be booked on Airbnb). The book cafe, which is open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays (12: 00-16: 00 L.O), offers medicinal vegetable curry and apple pie made with local apples, and meals can be provided outside of business hours with reservations made up to a week in advance. Parking is available for up to 20 cars, including parking spaces in the back mountain, but priority is given to guests of the old private house. Guest access All spaces are available. Bedding is in the closet, so please use it for the number of guests. Other things to note Other guests may be staying in the old private house in the separate building. Please do not make loud noise after 8 pm as there are elderly people living nearby. Guests staying in the old private house will have priority to use the outdoor space, so please spend time in the Atelier.
