Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor: This vacation rental is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. Our homeowners have made this home available for others to enjoy with their responsible group that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect. In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city’s and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy. Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. This home is equipped with security cameras by the front door facing the street and side yard facing the pool equipment area for security and protection. The property is also equipped with one indoor and one outdoor noise monitoring device. These noise monitors do not record. They only measure the decibel levels of noise and there for your protection. They are meant to protect you from any city noise violations. The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which will be sent to you shortly after booking with Airbnb. To make things simple, the terms and conditions are the same as our house rules. Please read the house rules carefully, as the city of Palm Springs has set forth clear ordinances that apply to all short term rentals in the City of Palm Springs.
