No trailers, RV's, over-sized vehicles that can't fit in a normal sized parking space. For Cruising the Coast we have additional over-flow parking available next door which can be reserved in advance. --------------------------------- • Max occupancy of 7 is for all ages including children and infants (strictly enforced). • Parking passes are for regular sized vehicles only; we can not accommodate over sized vehicles or trailers at this time, up to 2 permits. • After you have a confirmed booking, we will need you to electronically sign a rental agreement and required HOA docs. We also require a copy of driver's license. • Cable TV is not available in the building. All TVs are smart or have Roku devices and antenna are provided for local broadcast; streaming passwords are not. • Surveillance cameras are present in al common areas of the building not limited to the lobby, breezeways, elevators, gym, pools, parking lot, etc.
