The third bedroom downstairs has a full bunk bed. The bathroom has a combined shower and tub with single sink. The fourth bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. The bathroom has a combined shower and tub with double sink. The residence has an additional half bathroom. This residence also has a fireplace, full kitchen, grill, private balcony, private hot tub, sofa sleeper and washer/dryer. *Please note that this residence does not have air conditioning.
