Book now and experience the perfect getaway! Guest access Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the garden shed, and designated linen and utility closets in the main house. There is parking for up to 4 cars - 2 on our property in front of the garage, 2 free on street parking, and 1 space along the easement. Other things to note We require all guests to complete a rental contract in our guest portal within 48 hours of booking. In completing our rental contract you agree to our house rules and listing details so we can ensure we are the right stay for you. 1) Minimum rental age for the primary guest is 25 years of age at the time of reservation. The party who is on the contract must occupy the property for the full duration of the rental lease. We reserve the right to confirm identification if necessary. 2) Guests agrees to adhere to all house rules or instructions issued including but not limited to listing details, messages correspondence , or any other form of communication. 3) Intent of lease: The rental of these premises is for vacation or recreational purposes only and the guests understands this unit is not available for primary or permanent residency. 4) Falsified Reservations: If your booking was made under false pretense, including, but not limited to, a falsified name, age, booked for a 3rd party or size of party, or undisclosed animals (including service or emotional support animals) you will be subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid. 5) No fireworks of any kind or open fires, even safe and sane, may be brought or used in or on the premises outside of the use of the advertised BBQ and firepit. 6) The guest is responsible to inform all individuals in their party to use only Scott or septic safe tissue, and no other items will be flushed in the toilet even if it says "flushable". Any damage caused by guest to the septic or plumbing system will be the full responsibility of the guest. 7) To ensure that the proper party is held responsible guest must inform management within 24 hours of arrival of any pre-existing damage or issues or may be held responsible for any cost involved. 8) The premises may not be used for parties, large gatherings, receptions, weddings, or any type of function which would cause abnormal wear and tear or exceeds the maximum number of occupants specified in this lease without written permission. No commercial activities are permitted during your stay. 9) Hot Tub & Amenities: The guest acknowledges and agrees that any use of these amenities located on the premises is at their own risk.
