The owner's closet is in the family room downstairs; and the red shed outside. This is where we have extra supplies for the property. Please do not enter here unless advised by the property manager. Additional fees WILL apply if these doors, locks or knobs are tampered with. Other things to note The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time. Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. That you have a valid photo ID, verified email address. We have a 4pm check in policy and strict 11am check out policy unless authorized by management. If you have not authorized a late check out with management, you will be charged a fee for every 30 minutes that you have stayed pass the 11am check out period. If you wish to have an early check in time or later check out please ask and depending on availability we can provide! There is a fee for late check out and early check please ask your host for more info or please be prepared or book another night. Enjoy your stay! We also have a strict refund policy as stated by Airbnb. No exceptions! No smoking inside the suite. a $500 fee will be imposed for smoking in or near the house. No candles. $100 fee for tampering with the smoke alarms Extra cleaning fee if the property is found to be disarray and with extra cleaning needed to get the unit back into condition that it was found in.
