Two bedroom apartment with balcony and sea view (41m²)situated on the first floor of a family house in a pictoresque bay of Zaton Mali, appx 10 minutes drive north of Dubrovnik. It can be combined with our other apartment to sleep total of 8 persons. Our house is located near Adriatic road just few minutes from the sea. The space features two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, two bathrooms with showers, and a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Step out onto the private balcony with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The living room includes a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate one additional guests, making the apartment suitable for up to five people. Guests arriving by car can enjoy the convenience of a free private parking space. During the summer months, you can also take a dip in the shared swimming pool, located just steps from the apartment. Please note: the pool is not heated. Our house is situated on the Adriatic Road, just 8 km from Dubrovnik Old Town—easily reachable by car or public bus, with a nearby bus stop within walking distance. While the road can be a bit lively during the day, once the double-glazed balcony doors are closed, you’ll enjoy peaceful comfort inside the apartment. The village of Zaton Mali offers a true escape from the crowds—a serene bay with crystal-clear water, charming beaches, and a laid-back atmosphere. You'll find seaside restaurants, and plenty of options for outdoor activities such as kayaking or boat excursions. And when you're ready to explore, Dubrovnik's historic walled city is only a 10-minute drive away. Discover its stunning architecture, take a ride on the Dubrovnik Cable Car for breathtaking panoramic views, or catch a boat to one of the nearby Elaphite Islands for a day of adventure. Whether you’re here for beach relaxation, sightseeing, or active holidays, our apartment is the perfect base for your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note The beach is just a short walk away, along a charming path lined with traditional dry stone walls, olive trees, and pine. Within a few kilometres, you’ll find several beaches, each with its own unique character—including the lovely sandy beach in Štikovica, perfect for all ages. Activities in the area include: Birdwatching, swimming, fishing, hiking, leisurely walks, waterskiing, and diving. Nearby attractions: A marina, botanical gardens, historic churches, museums, restaurants, as well as a spa and gym located in the nearby Dubrovnik Sun Gardens Hotel. You can also take a boat trip to explore nearby islands. One of the highlights is Mljet National Park, located in the northwestern part of Mljet Island. It was declared a national park in 1960 due to its exceptional natural beauty. During July and August, the Dubrovnik Riviera comes alive with various local festivals celebrating food, wine, and music, often featuring performances by well-known Croatian artists.
