The space This newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom home is is located on the highly desirable northern tip of Aruba in the prestigious neighborhood of Opal! Aruba’s finest beaches are just minutes away such as Palm Beach by the Ritz Carlton, Fisherman’s Hut (Arguably the best windsurfing and kitesurfing beach in the world), Tres Trapi where you are almost guaranteed to swim with a sea turtle or two, Boca Catalina where amazing snorkeling and coastal caves can be explored and the renowned Arashi Beach! The home itself has beautiful pictures of Aruban landscapes and its friendly sea life with air-conditioning throughout. The kitchen has been completely renovated and equipped with all brand-new state of the art amenities such as fridge, oven, stove top, and dishwasher. There is lots of cupboard space to fit all of the food and beverage amenities one might need to live long-term. The rooms all have smart TV’s with cable and Netflix. The bathrooms have also been newly renovated and are absolutely stunning with the most amazing eclectic rain shower allowing you to completely relax after a long day of exploring the island. The living room also has a smart TV with cable & Netflix that can also be seen from the kitchen. This means you will never miss a minute of your favorite program or any of the action, even if you have to make another cocktail! Our personal favorite feature is the mini put area allowing you to prepare for the 18 hole golf course at Tierra Del Sol, located just down the street! The couches and other furniture are very comfortable, leaving you with only one worry, falling asleep while watching your favorite movie :) The outdoor areas are spacious with beautiful Caribbean flora and fauna. Our personal favorite spot is enjoying a mojito underneath the palapa in the backyard, listing to the amazing birds and enjoying the cool Trade Wind breeze! Guest access You will have full access to all areas of this Villa except for the owners closets! Did we mention, this Villa is completely private!
