Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on South Congress. Downtown and 6th Street are just a short bus ride away. Truly an oasis in the heart of the city. The space The Brinwood Bungalow is close to everything that’s best about Austin. Walking distance to food trucks and music venues, SoCo shopping, restaurants , and coffee shops. Major events, such as SXSW and ACL are just a short hop away, with major bus routes running a block in either direction. Plenty of parking, a great deck, and a yard for kids or pets. Guest access Guests have cable TV, fast WiFi, dishwasher, washer/dryer, full kitchen with refrigerator, range and stove, a screened in porch, free street parking, and a well-fenced back yard. Other things to note I'm very pet-friendly. I welcome all dogs that are well house-broken and not too chewy (as in, won't chew the furniture). The neighborhood is full of folks out walking their dogs, and there's a sense of dog community. An open area by a local school serves as the neighborhood dog park, only a block away.
