Tap into your productivity while on vacation in the minimalist office space with blazing fast fiber Wi-Fi internet and plenty of natural light! The space House: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: King Bed | Office: Twin Futon **NOTE** The attached enclosed garage is for storage only and is not able to be used as a space to park a vehicle during your stay. Outdoor Amenities: Private fenced zen back yard with string lights, Adirondack chairs and wood fire pit for that after-beach relaxation! Handy outdoor bar with ice maker and mini-fridge. A convenient outdoor shower with hot water is at your disposal to rinse off after a long day at the beach! Guest access After the Rental Agreement is e-signed and the $250.00 security hold is scheduled, access instructions along with house rules will be emailed to the guest within three (3) days before arrival. Other things to note Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in. A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay. Credit card information will be separately collected during the secure Rental Agreement e-signing process. Parking: One (1) parking space in attached driveway. One (1) street parking space on rocky gravel. Enclosed garage is not usable. All are offered free of charge to guests.
