The space The Pine is the outdoor cabin at Hideout Hotels — 450 square feet of locally sourced decor with the kind of coziness that makes you forget what time it is. Wake up slowly, drink the coffee, sit on the deck. The whole point of this cabin is that there's nothing you have to do. Step out of the bedroom and you're already there — your private deck with a wood-burning fire pit, a hot tub, and outdoor seating overlooking the trees. Inside: king bed, queen sleeper sofa, record player, two smart TVs, and a full kitchen setup. Two-burner electric stovetop, ice machine, microwave, dishwasher, blender, and a coffee machine with our house Hideout blend. Some weekends are for couples. Some are for two friends who haven't actually caught up in months. Some are for a small family. The Pine works for all of them — a king bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeps up to 4 comfortably without anyone feeling like they got the worst spot. Bring the dog. There's a $75 pet fee and a dedicated dog run on-site. Use the shared spaces when you want to meet other guests, retreat to your own private cabin when you don't. Guest access Guests have access to their cabin and all shared amenity spaces. Please leave shared spaces ready for the next guest to enjoy. Before arrival, you'll receive a four-digit access code for the lock. The property is secured with a gated entrance. Other things to note PETS: Pets are welcome for a $75 fee per pet. Only pets disclosed at booking are allowed. Please keep them with you and under control at all times — they shouldn't roam the property unattended. SMOKING: No smoking inside the unit. Evidence of smoking results in a $250 fine. CHECK-IN: Standard check-in is 4 PM. Early check-in at 2 PM is available for $50 when the schedule allows. Bag drop-offs can sometimes be accommodated — just ask. CHECK-OUT: Standard check-out is 10 AM. Late check-out until 12 PM is available for $50. No chores required at departure — just relax until it's time to go. PROPERTY CARE: Please treat the space with care. Excessive cleaning needs or damage may incur additional fees. Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay. HOUSE RULES: Following our rules keeps the experience great for everyone. If a violation results in a refund or discount for a future guest, the responsible guest may be charged for those costs. WIFI: Reliable WiFi and cell signal throughout the property.
