Beachfront Guest House steps to the sand !

We have a well equipped 1 bedroom space over our new garage (no garage access, owners present) with a queen bed, huge great room, kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, convection microwave and induction cooktop. 1 full Bath with washer/dryer, outdoor shower. 360 degree views of Biddeford Pool and Fortune Rocks Beach. Centrally located to many southern Maine beaches and activities. Walk to Biddeford Pool, Wood Island Lighthouse and use stairs to Beach. Towels, sheets and Beach chairs provided. The space We have a guest space above our new garage on Fortune Rocks Beach in Biddeford, Maine. We are situated on a stretch of land between the beach and Biddeford Pool. A short walk to Biddeford Pool with access to the General Store, views of Wood Island Lighthouse, etc. We have direct beach access via a set of stairs, or a sandy beach is available with public access only a five minute walk away. The space has all the amenities you would need, with the exception of a traditional oven. We have a tub shower, washer and dryer, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, convection microwave, toaster oven, dual convection hot plate, keurig coffee maker, and fully stocked kitchen. The space has a large great room with a dining table, one bedroom and one full bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed with storage underneath and a new foam mattress. The space does have air conditioning, and the ocean breezes are amazing and the space takes advantage of 360° views of ocean and Biddeford pool. Many guests have opened windows, sat in the comfy chairs and decided to read a book off our bookshelf. We do ask that if you leave, please shut all windows as with the ocean breeze the rain tends to come in sideways. All linens and towels are provided as well as beach towels and 2 beach chairs. We also have an outdoor shower right next to the entrance to rinse off after the beach. We love our sand, but prefer it stay on the beach :-) . Because the guest space is on the second floor, there is a set of stairs to access the space. There is also a set of concrete stairs down to the water which is not accessible at high tide. We supply a tide chart and information to some local places of interest. Guest access Entire guest space above the new garage (no garage access), dedicated parking space. Other things to note Please note there is a full set of stairs to reach the guest house, as well as a set of concrete stairs to descend to the Beach. We do have a pickleball court taped out on the driveway if you would like to play during your stay or would like some lawn/beach games like ladder toss, bocce, cornhole, etc. just let us know !
