The space This 103 sqm vacation rental is situated in a central yet peaceful location and is a part of a historic German Estate building that has been beautifully restored and transformed into a luxury vacation rental property. The rental boasts 2 bedrooms, a private wellness area with an infrared sauna cabin, a fully equipped kitchen with an integrated dining area, a modern living room, and an open lounge terrace, providing ample space for relaxation. Additionally the property offers 2-3 free parking spaces right in front of the house. Other things to note Just a short 400m walk down our street is a local market where you can purchase daily needs like eggs, bread, butter, noodles etc. A small bistro is also integrated into the store serving typical regional German fast food. Opening hours are M -F from 8:30-4:30pm and Wednesday‘s from 6pm are BBQ evenings.
