Main Level Step inside through the porch, featuring a cozy table for four—perfect for morning coffee or casual outdoor meals. Inside, the open dining area seats six and leads out to the front deck, where you can relax with fresh air and peaceful lake breezes. The fully stocked kitchen at the front of the home is equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain with ease. Just off the kitchen, Bedroom #1 includes a queen-size bed, nightstand, ceiling fan, and closet—ideal for a restful night’s sleep. Down the hallway, you’ll find a pantry and Full Bath #1, complete with a tub/shower combo, sink, and toilet. Next is the laundry room, which opens into a warm and inviting living room. This space features a comfy couch for four, a fireplace, two chairs, built-in bookshelves, and access to the front deck. A ceiling fan keeps the room breezy and comfortable. Upper Level Bedroom #2 offers two queen beds, each with a nightstand and lamp, two dressers, a ceiling fan, and a beautiful lake view. Bedroom #3 features a queen bed, private deck overlooking the lake, dresser, chairs, nightstand with lamp, and ceiling fan—a peaceful retreat. At the end of the hall, the Master Bedroom includes a king-size bed, two nightstands, a closet, and sunlit windows that brighten the space. Full Bath #2, located in the hallway, includes a tub/shower combo, sink, toilet, linen closet, and soothing green walls for a spa-like feel. Outdoor Amenities: - Private dock with boat lift (please keep lift raised); tie-up available on both sides. - Water depth ranges from 8–10 feet. - Two kayaks and two paddle boards available for guest use. - Located at mile marker 6 on the lake. - Nearest boat ramp: Eaton Ferry Marina. - Parking for approximately 4 cars. - Pet-friendly with a $125 fee for up to 2 dogs (each 50 lbs or less). Boat / Jet-ski / watercraft rentals & lake cruising Use one of the marinas on the lake (for example, Eaton’s Ferry Marina, Morningstar Marina, Poplar Point Marine) to rent pontoons, ski boats, or jet-skis. Cruise the lake, explore coves, or just enjoy relaxing on the water. Swimming, picnicking & day-use at public lake access areas The Lake Gaston Day Use Area at 2369 Jack Brown Road has swimming areas, a boat ramp, fishing pier, picnic shelter, grills, etc. Fishing Lake Gaston is well stocked: largemouth bass, crappie, sunfish, striped bass (rockfish), catfish, among others. Bring your fishing gear or hire a guide to target trophy catches. Watersports & paddle sports Try kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, tubing, or waterskiing. Many marinas and outfitters on the lake provide gear or access for these. Other things to note ★☆ Boats are privately owned boats and are not part of rental. ★☆ We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days. ★☆ Please let us know that everything is functioning and in great condition upon arrival, otherwise we will consider the property in great shape.
