One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom with a shower, a sink and a hair dryer. Each bedroom has storage including shelves and a closet. You can also enjoy a peaceful workspace in one of the bedrooms. - 🛁 A large bathroom with 2 sinks, an Italian shower, a 2-person whirlpool bathtub, a towel dryer, a washing machine and a hairdryer. - 🚽 A separate restroom. - 🚗 A motorized garage to store your car and bikes. The living room, dining room and kitchen are air-conditioned. Ventilation can be activated manually via a button located on the side of the kitchen's extractor hood to bring fresh air from the air conditioning into the hallway that leads to the bedrooms. The Wi-Fi code will be given to you before your arrival. Outside, you will find: - 🌳 A large wooded garden where you can relax. - 🏊 A pool exclusively reserved for you with its terrace including garden furniture and sun loungers. The pool is equipped with an enclosure, and the water is heated to between 26 and 28°C from April 1st to October 31st. Guest access A garage located in the basement of the gite can accommodate one vehicle. The gate remote control is provided with the cottage key. Ample parking is also available under the cottage. The squares are partly shaded depending on the time of day thanks to the trees and shade of the house. Other things to note The cottage is suitable for children and babies with the possibility of providing childcare equipment on request (baby bed, high chair, bathtub, changing mat). Parties are not allowed. No pets are allowed.
