Our waterfront retro camper, Ida Claire, sits on the channel off of Jolly Bay. It's a perfect size for the solo traveler We have a complementary canoe & kayak for our guests use along with a firepit & charcoal grill. There is a small refrigerator for keeping your drinks chilled, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave & a tv. It offers a private outdoor shower & composting toilet Sitting on our 1.5 acre lot along with our other rentals is safe-relaxing Ten minutes from the beach,great restaurants. The space ‘Ida Claire’ is our retro camper’s name. She is decorated in 1950s retro. The sofa folds down into a bed. We built an outdoor enclosed shower with a small water-on-demand water heater for quick showers We have free roaming chickens & a couple of ducks. The camper is located toward the street of our 1.5 acre property. We have others B&Bs on our property but none close to the camper. Guest access The camper has bayou frontage. You might see water turtles or herons. The camper has a deck for relaxing with a cup of coffee Other things to note Our lot is over an acre so it’s quiet & private (except for our roosters) We have two dogs, Riggs (cockapoo) & McGregor (golden doodle) and two outside cats who roam our property. The tuxedo cat named Bogie & the long haired female, Mama Kitty.
