Sparkling water views can be enjoyed from the kitchen, living room, dining room, and master bedroom, creating a serene atmosphere throughout. Inside, the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals for your group. Guest access • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure. • Guest will retrieve their Key Cards from The Inn at Crystal Beach front desk and provide license plate to front desk agent on arrival, as well as a garage door opener (up to 2 vehicles permitted in garage or parking deck). Parking is first come, first serve. The Key Cards will provide access to both Side A and Side B of Unit 101, as well as the resort fitness center. • Important: The Key Cards and garage door opener must be returned to the front desk on departure, fees will apply if replacements are needed for lost and/or not returned. The Inn at Crystal Beach The Inn at Crystal Beach is situated directly on the famous sugar white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico with a most desirable location – tucked into quiet Crystal Beach while also conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, attractions, and more. Seven stories tall, this luxury condominium offers top amenities including gulf-front pool, hot tub, BBQ grilling areas, 24-hour front desk, state of the art fitness studio, business center, and large sundeck. The Inn is also home to Staci's on the Beach (previously, Soleil), a new coastal modern restaurant and bar offering gorgeous views from either the beautiful indoor dining room or the beachfront dining deck. Other amenities include underground parking, daily beach service March-October, and complimentary wireless high speed internet. All units are non-smoking and pets are not accepted. The Inn at Crystal Beach is centrally located in the Crystal Beach area of Destin near the Mid-Bay Bridge and is convenient to numerous shops and restaurants in the nearby Destin Commons and Shoppes at Paradise Isle shopping complexes. Non compliance could result in sizable fines. - All guests staying at an 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro (Portoro Homes) are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration. - Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. - All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro. - Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately. - Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival. - Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. - We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - Parking: Information about parking will be noted in the check-in instructions received by the Guest prior to arrival. - Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only. - Key Cards and Garage Openers, retrieved from the complex front desk on arrival must be returned on departure. Failure to return (or for lost items) will result in fees at the discretion of The Crystal Beach Inn and will be the responsibility of the guest. - HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: In the State of Florida and in Walton, Okaloosa, and Bay Counties, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction. - This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host. - This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host. Note on Fees: - Guest agrees to $100.00/stay fee and $49.00/night fee included and required for coverage of linens and resort activities. Weather/Travel: Guest booking in seasons when weather conditions may affect their decision to travel understand they are choosing to do so in full knowledge of the season and agree that last minute requests to cancel or attempts to change stay/reservation dates in these seasons are not honored and no refund or reimbursement applies. 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro encourages guests to consider available 3rd party travel insurance options for their stays if this is a concern. *Service Animals: 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to protect the rights of guests with disabilities to bring service animals (excludes emotional support animals) under the terms of The Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
