Guest access Your entry is via a smart deadbolt on the front door of Unit 10E. Enter your unique 10-digit code into the lock within 10 seconds - it will flash green and play an unlocking tone. Turn the knob to the left to open. To lock the door after you enter, press the Schlage button and turn the knob to the right. If the smart lock experiences issues (dead batteries, code not working), a backup lockbox is available - scroll the numbers on the box until your code aligns, push the black button, and pull the door toward you. To secure the lockbox, close it and scramble the number dials. A video guide is available if you need a visual walkthrough.
