Each home is just a short walk to the beach and within close proximity to Destin Harbor and Crab Island, making it effortless to enjoy boating, dining, and waterfront activities. Together, these homes create a walkable, neighborhood-style experience where families and groups can stay near each other while enjoying private accommodations, all in one of Destin’s most sought-after locations known for its beaches, harbor access, and laid-back coastal charm.* The space This multi-level home accommodates up to 16 guests across 6 bedrooms and 4 baths, offering room to spread out while staying connected. The layout includes a two-story great room that anchors the main living level, along with multiple additional living areas for relaxing, watching TV, or gathering after a day out. Sleeping arrangements Sleeping spaces are arranged across the home’s levels for flexibility and comfort. The first floor features built-in twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. On the second floor, two king suites each include their own bathroom and sit adjacent to the great room, kitchen, and dining area. The upper level includes two additional king suites with bathrooms, plus a kids room with two twin beds. A second living room on this level provides extra space to unwind. Outdoor living A private pool sits beside a deck framed by mature landscaping and palm trees. Pool heating is available by request for an additional fee. The second-floor outdoor deck includes a BBQ grill and seating, offering a comfortable place to enjoy coastal air. Guests also have access to gated Holiday Isle beach access, with beach essentials provided for shoreline days. Kitchen & dining The kitchen connects directly to the great room, creating an open flow for shared meals and conversation. A dining table and bar seating offer space to gather, and the kitchen is equipped to support both short and extended stays. Comfort & amenities Throughout the home, you’ll find air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, WiFi, Smart TVs, and a dedicated workspace. Holiday Isle Beach Access: The property is located on Holiday Isle and features private beach access to the community beach in Destin that lays between the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin harbor. Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida is known for its gated beachfront access with limited access to our Holiday Isle homeowners and guests. Miles of relaxing white-sand beaches to walk, some great shore fishing, deep-sea fishing right in the harbor, and some of the most authentic waterside experiences this little slice of Northwest Florida paradise has to offer. -- This gated beach is accessed by key cards, which are provided in the home.* Golf Cart Rental Discount - Portoro has partnered with Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC to offer our guests 15% Off their golf cart rental! Contact details and pricing for Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC will be listed at the property and in your check-in details. Other things to note Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines. - All guests staying at an 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro (Portoro Homes) are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration. - Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. - All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host. - Holiday Isle Beach Access: Key cards are located on lanyards in the home, 2 key cards per stay. Please be sure these are returned to the home, as a replacement fee of $50.00 per key card will apply if not found within the home upon departure. - Golf Cart (Low Speed Vehicle, "LSV") Rental Discount Portoro has partnered with Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC to offer our guests 15% Off their golf cart (Low Speed Vehicle) rental! Contact details and pricing for Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC will be listed at the property and in your check-in details. - Animals/Pets -- Dogs Only, Guidelines and Fee* Animals/pets must be disclosed prior to reservation arrival date. Only dogs are permitted in “Pet-Friendly” Property listings. Allowed number of dogs will be expressly stated in the listing and a $150.00 fee per animal/pet is required. Animals/pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises unless prior approval is obtained. Any unauthorized animals/pets at the property will result in a $150.00 per day / per animal/pet fee, and may result in your reservation being canceled, and you may be required to vacate from the Property. -- The property allows for a maximum of 2 dogs at $150.00 per dog per stay. *Service Animals: 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to protect the rights of guests with disabilities to bring service animals (excludes emotional support animals) under the terms of The Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Use at your own risk. - If the Property includes an on-site pool that offers optional heating, you may request that the pool be heated for the duration of your reservation dates at an additional nightly fee of $75.00. - Please note: Pool heat is seasonal and only available for request October - May. - Events and Parties Prohibited Per local HOA guidelines and restrictions, this property is not available for events and/or parties (i.e., weddings, reunions). Unauthorized events/parties may result in fines or fees by the HOA and any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the guest. Non-compliance may additionally result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
