Sleeping arrangements Sleeping spaces are arranged across the home’s levels for flexibility and comfort. The first floor features built-in twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. On the second floor, two king suites each include their own bathroom and sit adjacent to the great room, kitchen, and dining area. The upper level includes two additional king suites with bathrooms, plus a kids room with two twin beds. A second living room on this level provides extra space to unwind. Unauthorized events/parties may result in fines or fees by the HOA and any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the guest.
