Newly built cottage by the sea, Kullaberg

Welcome to our newly built all-year round cottage with private garden. With open social areas and private bedrooms, it’s well-designed to accommodate up to 6 guests – ideal for big families or 2 couples. All bed linen, towels and essentials are provided. Professionally cleaned. Situated on a quiet street surrounded by trees and small pathways to a peaceful nature reserve and sandy beach. Also nearby: tennis courts, walking trails and cycling routes to Mölle, Arild and beyond. The space The cottage is an all-year round, fully-insulated accommodation with floor heating throughout. It has an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, with big glass double doors opening up to a terrace. In the lounge area, a comfortable sofa bed (double: 140 cm) can be used upon request. On the ground floor there are two connecting bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen size bed (160cm) and good storage in a double wardrobe. Bedroom two has a wide single bed (105 cm) and a single wardrobe. The bathroom has everything you need, as well as a good size shower. The third bedroom is situated in a loft space. This is accessed by a steep ladder, with no gate at the top. This is therefore unsafe for young children. A 40 square meter wooden terrace surrounds two sides of the house – accessed perfectly by 2 double doors, from both sides of the house. The cottage garden also has grass areas and it's own parking space. The cottage (and its garden) is well separated from the property of the hosts next door. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage, and to the private part of the garden belonging to the guesthouse. However, the third bedroom is situated in a loft space, accessed by a steep ladder, and with no gate at the top. This is unsafe for young children. Therefore, families with young children do not have access to the loft during their stay. Other things to note For your comfort, beds are made up at your arrival and towels and toiletries are provided. The cottage is professionally cleaned between guest.
