The master bedroom also benefits from a freestanding bath. Quality linen and towels are provided throughout. An outdoor bath in one of the bedrooms, so that guests can enjoy the tranquillity of bathing outside in authentic Thai nature. An open-plan kitchen (fully equipped, including with a dishwasher), dining area and sunken sofa that provides the perfect setting for socialising. A 6 metre freshwater swimming pool, with the perfect shallow area to lay in. Landscaped outdoor areas, that provide the ultimate spaces for peace and relaxation. The main garden area benefits from an 8 seater outdoor dining area, with a bbq and kitchen facilities. A rooftop terrace, with seating (including sun loungers) and an outdoor cinema. Private, off-road parking and our outside carport area also has a high-end washing machine and dryer. Other things to note Frequently Asked Questions 1. Can Villa KYMA help organise airport pick-ups and drop-offs? Yes, we can arrange for our trusted airport transfer service to pick-up and drop-off from Phuket airport. The price of a 10-seater high-end vehicle is 1,000 baht for one way. If you need to book the airport pick-up service, please provide us with the following information: 1) lead passenger name and contact details; 2) the number of passengers; 3) number of pieces of luggage name; 4) flight number and arrival time. After arranging the pick-up, the driver will be waiting for you at arrivals with a name board, so that they can be easily located. 2. How can we make our stay extra special Villa KYMA? We are able to organise for a personal chef to come into the Villa, whether that’s for a local breakfast, or a delicious three-course Thai meal. Please let us know what you would like and when you would like it to be arranged for and we can do the rest. We will also confirm the price, once we have these details. 3. What are the cleaning arrangements at Villa KYMA? For stays that are shorter than six nights, we can arrange for additional cleaning at a fee of 3,500 baht. Please provide us with a minimum of one day’s notice and we can get this sorted for you. If the duration of your stay is longer than six nights, we will arrange for a complimentary clean and linen change during the middle part of your stay. We will let you know when this will be arranged for you. If you would also like more frequent cleaning, this can be arranged for a fee of 3,500 baht on each additional occasion that you would like a cleaner. 4. Is Villa KYMA a non-smoking property? Yes, smoking inside Villa KYMA is strictly prohibited. If we find evidence of smoking or the smell of smoke is present anywhere within the villa, a 20,000 baht fine will be imposed. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas and ashtrays are provided for this. 5. Is there internet at Villa KYMA? Yes, there is high-speed WiFi throughout the villa. The villa also benefits from excellent 5G coverage. 6. Are there any additional charges that guests should be aware of? Whilst we do not charge for normal, reasonable day-to-day usage of electricity (factoring in high and low seasons), where the usage is considered to be excessive we reserve the right to pass on these costs to guests. We will always let guests know if this is the case. Electricity is 5baht kw. We will check and let you know the usage & send a request to pay via Airbnb. 7. What is the nearest beach to Villa KYMA? The wonderful Bangtao beach is within a 10 minute drive of the villa, where you will find a long stretch of sandy beach with some of the island best restaurants, bars and beach clubs (including the famous MAYA!). 8. Are there any additional facilities within Villa KYMA? We have yoga/pilates mats for guests to use, so that you can further benefit from the beautiful outdoor spaces that the villa has to offer.
