The house is 4 blocks from the airport, 700 meters from downtown, the bus station and Boulevard mall, and a 15-minute walk from the University Hospital. The bedroom is spacious and features a queen size box bed, study table, wardrobe and blackout curtain. We live with 3 people, but all very reserved, each in their own room. The house is large but simple. There is a market 50 meters away, restaurants and pharmacies 1 block away. Living room with cable TV. 125 mega Wi-Fi. The space The place is very quiet and has many essential services a few meters away. Guest access Laundry under renovation, but available. No garage. During your stay The guest has complete privacy, but can count on me anytime they need.
