The duplex apartment is located in an independent part of our farmhouse. Furnished with quality materials, we have preserved the period spirit of the house while providing modern amenities to offer you a relaxing and comfortable stay. A large bay window overlooks your private garden and terrace in which you will find a spacious and covered Spa to relax in any time of the year. The space Located 20 minutes from Lille, 10 minutes from Lille-Lesquin Airport, 30 minutes from Arras and Douai, our farm is located in the countryside of a small hamlet in the municipality of Ennevelin. The place is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding countryside while being close to the sights and cities of our beautiful region. Many shops and restaurants are within 5 km. You can also have your meals delivered to the house. (Uber eats) The house consists of a ground floor including the bathroom with walk-in shower, a large cabinet with storage and sink and a toilet. In the living room you will find a sauna for 2 to 3 people, a sofa, a flat screen with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Finally, an equipped kitchen, with a dining area, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave grill and all the necessary utensils for cooking. A large bay window overlooks a private and enclosed part of our large garden. Outside you will find a pretty terrace with all the necessary equipment for your well-being, including a spacious and covered spa to relax at any time of the year. Finally, upstairs is a large bedroom with a king size bed and a small sitting area with a Nespresso machine, large flat screen, dressers and wardrobe. So you can create the atmosphere that suits you best, the lights of the house and the outside are adjustable (color and light intensity) We look forward to welcoming you to discover our wellness area surrounded by beautiful nature. Guest access Direct access through a dedicated door without having to enter our home. Other things to note The place is good to rest and relax. Thank you in advance for respecting the ambient calm. To preserve this calm, the hot tub can be used from 8am to 10pm. The sauna from 6am to 2am.
