The perfect retreat for family and friends > for a relaxing vacation We, Martina and Bernd, have our center of life near Nuremberg, both coming from Upper Franconia and have now created a perfect place for our time off in the beautiful Fichtel Mountains - our Fichtel-STEIN, which we would like to share with you. A temporary home, in a modern, high-quality and yet cozy apartment. The space Fichtel-STEIN - a very bright and modern furnished apartment (96 m²) in a 2-family house, raised ground floor (access not barrier-free) with a large balcony and large garden. The apartment is completely newly renovated; modern, fully equipped kitchen, large "living" room (living, dining, cooking), spacious bathroom with bathtub, extra shower, toilet and underfloor heating, guest toilet with underfloor heating, 2 bedrooms each with 1 king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and 1 pull-out sofa in the living room. Outdoor parking space on the property 4 stars - the apartment is rated according to the quality criteria of the DTV classification. Guest access Access is via the front door by means of an electronic locking system, at the apartment door by means of a key (available in a key safe with code). Other things to note The municipality of Fichtelberg charges for every guest from the 14th year of age per day a spa tax of €2.50. Check-in and check-out day are considered 1 day. The fee must be paid to the host on site no later than the day of arrival for the entire duration of the stay. You will receive the guest cards digitally before arrival - for this we need an email address from you. Charging e-cars on the house power is not possible.
