Beautiful cozy apartment terrace/garden

Just for your information in advance: I have two accommodations on the same property in the wine region of Großkarlbach, each for up to 4 and 2 people. A crib can also be provided here. This accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a full bedroom. In the living room, there is the sofa bed and the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped "with everything." The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, sink, mirror cabinet, toilet and bidet. The space The apartment is fully equipped with solid wood furniture, tiles and underfloor heating. There are dimmable ceiling lights in every room and automatic shutters on the windows at the touch of a button to darken the apartment. All rooms are off the hallway. Carpet runners create coziness and warmth. The fully equipped bedroom can accommodate 2 people. In the living room there is the sofa bed (1.70 x 2.10 meters) for 2 more people and the spacious dining area. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need nowadays. Here you will find enough dishes, glasses, pots and pans, as well as an extended set of dishes with dish towels and cleaning agents, spices, oil and vinegar and some coffee and teas. Mineral water or similar are also part of the basic equipment. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Dimmable ceiling spotlights and other light sources provide coziness. The bathroom and living area will be only shared by the guests. No other strangers have access to the apartment. If you look at the pictures and descriptions, you know how completely the apartment is equipped. The apartment has a large and Mediterranean garden area, which is also furnished. What's missing... you can always talk about that... Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance. This is on the garden side. I am happy to receive my guests personally, as I also live in the house. If I am not there, there is a key box, the access to which I will explain by phone or in writing upon arrival. Other things to note This apartment for 4 people can be combined with the neighboring chalet for 2 people if necessary. Both apartments are connected by a common Mediterranean garden. However, each apartment has its own equipped seating area in the garden adjacent to the respective property. Entertaining encounters with other guests (and dogs) are possible but rare. Guests are on the go a lot. The property is 95% fenced. Only the entrance to the family house and parking lot is open on the garden side at the stairs. In general, dogs should not be left unattended in the garden. Just behind the apartments are the vineyards, for short or long "walks" with your beloved four-legged friends...
