Ground-level, cozy chalet with garden area

Just in advance for your information: I have two accommodations on the same property in the wine region of Großkarlbach, each up to 2 and 4 people. A cot can also be accommodated in the large accommodation. This small "Palatinate chalet" offers space for 1 to 2 people. It is cozy and attractively furnished with solid furniture. It has a living/sleeping room, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. The small green garden is furnished. The space The Palatinate chalet is a small apartment with 30 sqm. Every room is equipped with floor heating. The double bed in the sleeping/living area can also be placed individually. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and you will find everything that makes everyday life pleasant. Here you will find enough dishes, glasses, pots and pans, as well as an extended equipment with tea towels and cleaning products, spices, oil and vinegar and some coffee and teas. Mineral water or the like are also part of the basic equipment. The shower room has a large walk-in shower, a spacious sink with illuminated mirror, as well as a toilet and urinal. Bed linen and shower and towels are provided free of charge. Dimmable ceiling spotlights and other light sources ensure coziness. The blackout is done by means of opaque curtains. Other amenities are easy to see on the pictures. What's missing... you can always talk about it... It does not have another stranger access to the apartment. Guest access I greet my guests mostly personally, as I am easily accessible because I live in the adjacent detached house. In the other case, I will provide a key safe, whose access will be communicated in writing before arrival. Late arrivals can be agreed by phone. Other things to note This chalet for 2 people can be used with the neighboring apartment for 4 people if necessary. Both apartments are connected by a common Mediterranean garden. However, each apartment has its own equipped seating area in the garden, adjacent to the respective property. Entertaining encounters with other guests (and dogs) are possible, but rare. Guests travel a lot. The property is 95% fenced. Only the entrance to the family house and parking lot is open on the garden side of the stairs. In general, dogs should not be left unattended in the garden. Right behind the apartments are the vineyards, for short or long "Walking" with the beloved four-legged friends...
