Ground-level, cozy chalet with garden area

Just for your information in advance: I have two accommodations on the same property in the wine region of Großkarlbach, each for up to 2 and 4 people. A crib can also be accommodated in the large accommodation. This small "Palatinate chalet" can accommodate 1 to 2 people. It is cozy and appealingly furnished with solid furniture. It has a living/sleeping room, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. The small green garden is furnished. The space The Palatinate Chalet is a small apartment with 30 sqm. Each room is equipped with floor heating. The double bed in the sleeping/living area can also be set up individually. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and you will find everything that makes everyday life pleasant. Here you will find enough dishes, glasses, pots and pans, as well as an extended set of dishes with dish towels and cleaning agents, spices, oil and vinegar and some coffee and teas. Mineral water or similar are also part of the basic equipment. The shower room has a large walk-in shower, a spacious sink with illuminated mirror as well as a toilet and urinal. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Dimmable ceiling spotlights and other light sources provide coziness. The darkening is done by means of opaque curtains. Other features can be seen well in the pictures. What's missing... you can always talk about that... No other strangers have access to the apartment. Guest access I mostly greet my guests personally, as I am easily accessible because I live in the adjacent single-family home. Otherwise, I will provide a key safe, the access to which I will then also communicate in writing before arrival. Delays in arrival can be coordinated by phone. Other things to note This chalet for 2 people can be combined with the neighboring apartment for 4 people if necessary. Both apartments are connected by a common Mediterranean garden. However, each apartment has its own equipped seating area in the garden adjacent to the respective property. Entertaining encounters with other guests (and dogs) are possible but rare. Guests are on the go a lot. The property is 95% fenced. Only the entrance to the family house and parking lot is open on the garden side at the stairs. In general, dogs should not be left unattended in the garden. Just behind the apartments are the vineyards, for short or long "walks" with your beloved four-legged friends...
