HOUSE RULES 🐴 Smoking: - Smoking is allowed only in the living room area (upper floor). - If someone is caught smoking another substance other than tobacco, smoking on the ground floor, or leaving any butts lying on the property, a charge of $200 MXN will be applied. 🐴 Restricted access: - The use of the facilities in the area below the house, including the outdoor living furniture on the terrace, is not allowed. 🐴 Pets: - No pets allowed due to the presence of horses, livestock, dogs, cats and chickens on the property. 🐴 Events and Meetings: - No events, parties or large gatherings. External 🐴 visitors: - The room is designed for up to 4 people. - If additional visitors are found (who do not sleep), $50 MXN will be charged for each external visitor. 🐴 Damage: - Please inform us immediately if any damage occurs during your stay. We are here to help. 🐴 Check out time: - Departure fees after 11am are: $100 for the first hour. $200 MXN for two hours. $500 MXN from the third hour. Animal 🐴 Protection: Any mistreatment of the animals will be grounds for immediate expulsion from the property. Although it is not so common that you find them since we keep the living areas clean and protected to minimize their presence. - Cats could go up to the second level; they are harmless, but we recommend you to keep the food. - Family at the Ranch: A family of three lives in the area below, respectful and friendly. - Access to the ranch: There is no public transportation to the place; consider private transportation for your arrival.
