Welcome to our Cosy Studio located in Vila 84, in the charming neighborhood of Campolide, with an outdoor patio, common to other studios, where you can enjoy a relaxed and different moment in a typically "Alfacinha" environment Perfect for those who want to be very close to the center but in a less touristy, quieter neighborhood. Ideal for couples or friends, laid-back The space The studio is in a small villa, where we have more studios, with a shared outdoor patio, perfect for relaxing. It is located on the ground floor, with no stairs. It has a sofa bed, a fully equipped mini kitchenette and a small bathroom, as the space is limited. You will have also a smart TV with access to streaming channels and a shared access point for internet. The accommodation is about 9 sqm, very small, however enough for a short stay. As mentioned before, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, tea kettle, fridge, stove top, microwave oven, pots, plates, cutlery and glasses and cups, all that you need to cook a light meal. The sofa bed is 195 x 135 and when it is open it is suitable for two people. The sheets will be left on the sofa, as it is not possible to make the bed. The toilet has a shower, toilet and sink. There is no door to the bathroom, just a curtain. Guest access Access to the studio is through the courtyard. Near the studio door, you will find a safe with the key. The entrance to the courtyard is through a gate that is opened with a code. Other things to note Since the studio is small, we do not recommend very large suitcases.
