The community sits right between Perdido Bay to the north and Kees Bayou/Intercoastal Waterway to the South. This unit offers beautiful views out to the Intercoastal, with Ono Island on the horizon. You can sit and watch the boats go by as the kids play in the yard behind the unit. Our community beach is about 100 yards away (by the pool and clubhouse) and is where you can put your toes in the sand, swim, and launch the kayaks. The unit is 3 stories, with stairs (no elevator). The lower level is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the breeze, and the yard out back. You will enter the front door at this Level 1 and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2. There you will find the living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen, half bathroom, and the first bedroom offering two twin beds. Another flight of stairs will take you to Level 3, where the laundry room, second guest bedroom/full bathroom, master bedroom and master bath are all located. The master suite has a queen size bed, attached bath, and its own private balcony. The second guest bedroom offers a queen bed and the bathroom right next to it. Living room and all bedrooms have smart TV's. Within the Community: Heated pool, private community beach, club house & gym - all less than a 3-minute walk from the unit. Looking to go to the Gulf? There are multiple public beach accesses in Perdido Key, just 5 miles away. Other things to note 1) Occupancy Restrictions 2) No Pets 3) Age Restrictions 4) Similar Properties 1) This unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate up to 8 guests. No more than 8 people will be approved. This home can sleep 6 on the beds. An additional 7th or 8th guest can utilize the queen-sized air mattress. Extra sheets and blanket are provided. 2) Our community rules prohibit rental units from allowing pets or we can be fined. We cannot make exceptions to our No Pets policy. If you are found to have a pet during your stay, your security deposit will be charged, and you will have to board the pet or depart without refund. However, you may see pets on the community property, as the rules allow the Owners of units to have pets. 3) You must be 25 years of age to make a reservation. Exceptions may apply for married couples over 21.
